Is it compulsory to enter all the purchase details in the form or the total turnover can be entered and pay the tax.

Yes u have to enter in Detail regarding Purchases.

Purchases from Registered Dealer & unregistered Dealer have to be entered separately in GSTR 4

yes, you have show purchases in gstr4.
