whether urd purchase affected the RCM?

Yes inward supply from Registered taxpaye is be shown under sheet under 4A&B & inward supply from URD has to be shown Under sheet 4C
RCM is applicable only on inward supply from person cover under 9(3) ie , advocate, GTA etc has be shown under sheet 4A&B
