is that mandatory to fill invoice wise purchases details in gstr4 for July to sep .?

Yes i,.. new GSTR 4 is available on portal

This Qtr II for compsotion return GSTR 4 Details need to provide:

1.B2B inward supply detail is to provide bill wise

2. Inward supplies from URD (Bill wise)

3. Import Services (Bill wise)

4. Debit /Credit Notes
