Good Evening sir /Mam,
During filling GSTR 4, I was selected wrong zson file and that is successfully uploaded but I did not submit it. My question is whether I change the file or upload correct file or not?

Yes You can , as in GSTR 4 format on portal replaces the earlier uploaded file with new one

If it is of different gstin number, gst portal will not accept it.
Anyway you can upload the correct json file on gst portal.
