Yes, GSTR4 is the quarterly return filling form for the taxpayers under Gst composition scheme. The GSTR 4 due dates form should be filled in between 11th and 18th of the month following the quarter of the relevant tax period. That means you have to fill the form in between 11th to 18th july , for the quarter april to june 2018.
