Please inform whether in the GSTR 4 of April -June 2018 the Purchase details are to given or not..In the full year 2017-18 Purchase details were not given...

As of now there are no changes in GSTR 4. Details of B2B Purchase is not required to filled as it will be auto populated..

Please note that Purchases attracting Reverse charge is to be shown.

Purchase with Reverse charge and unregistered purchase are compulsory required to be shown in gstr 4.
B2B purchase is not compulsory to be shown in gstr4.
