A person has registered on 12 the March 2018.. under composition scheme..
he purchased goods on 10 th March(before registration) from registered dealer with his aadhar details...
He issued bill of supply to customer'sā for March...
Can he file inwards details in gstr4 or not?...
or only sales turnover is enough ?
