if you have registered purchased which fall under RCM in column 4A and you have to pay tax on it... or if you have unregistered purchase than you have to show in column 4B and you have to pay tax till 13-oct-18...
no need to give regular registered purchase ( not fall under RCM ) + not need tp give any type of sale
