Is there an option to file GSTR-4 online (without using excel utility)....?

if not, is it sufficient if i furnish only details of OUTWARD SUPPLIES in excel tool ...?? is entering details of INWARD SUPPLY mandatory...?

kindly clarify

in gstr 4 ofline utility most of people just uploading only sale figure because in b2b sheet they mention that inward supplies which attracting reverse charge
