Being a composition dealer, when can I file GSTR 4? And where is it available? I don't see it in the GST portal after logging in

it is not available on gst portal right now . . . wait for it.

For me too, the same issue persists. Dropped a mail to them, lets see what happens !?
Mean while any 1 got clarified by this issue ?!
