I have wrongly entered wrong amount in GSTR-3B and submit return , is there any procedure to modify GSTR-3B , Please clarify me

for July,2017 GSTR3B can edit and change,if it has not filed due to errors.

Sir, But We submit the return and all registered purchase fill under the reverse charge then how can we edit/modify the return.
