GSTR-3B Return submitted (duty settlement) in another unit but not filed

We have 6 GST no's. by mistake we have updated duty liability, ITC availed and duty settlement in another unit, instead of actual unit, now we are unable to re-set, what can do, any possibility for rectification. please help us in this regard.
