While filling GSTR-3B the IGST liability is not being set-off by the SGST credit in cash ledger. Further when trying to click on submit button drop box shows unable to connect to GST server

No way for adjustment in cash payments...
Cash payments set off only same head of Taxes. Not available inter change / Adjustments...
