Sir,
I have only purchase for the month of April . and there is no sale.

how to file gstr3b.

file without sales , It ask in questionar before u file 3b , click outward supply to NO

but sir , it comes to payment option , which is nil, and if I click on payment options then it doesn't proceed to file option

If you don't have any sale..then you can file a return by giving ITC on purchase details for the month. For any other help you can contact me 8171652499

I have file 3B with only purchase detail (same as above situation), but in draft 3B ITC was showing but in final ITC were not shown. Sould i have to fill detail aain in next month or it is not shown always ITC only.?
