Dear Sir i have to file gstr 3b for the month of oct 2020. in this regard i have to know that my actual itc is more than itc reflected in gstr 2b. What itc will be taken in gstr 3b and i am also a quarterly dealer so in outward supply column 3.1 no data will be auto populated because of quarterly dealer. what can i do please solve my problem.
what the amount will be taken in gstr 3b itc column and outward supply column.?

Dear sir, w.r.t ITC you can download the monthly GSTR 2A from your portal and consolidate it as a whole and compare it with your own books of accounts and in case of outward taxable supply I couldn't understand the query, kindly clarify that whether the question is related to GSTR 1 or 3B...

My question is that sir agar mere books of accounts main itc october months ka zyada hai gstr 2b auto populated se to main all other itc column main kaun sa amount lunga aur gstr 1 ke liye main yeh puchna chahta hu gstr 3b quarterly file karta hu jiski wajeh se gstr 3b main supply data auto polulate nahi hoga to main yahan par october month ka meri books of account m jo data hai wo le sakta hu .

You can file return as per books of accounts but you can claim ITC as per GSTR 2A

110 % of ITC if all your supplier not filed GSTR 1

100% as per GSTR2A + 10% of ITC, which not show in GSTR 2 A

Sir, GSTR 1 can be filed monthly, but suppliers with turnover upto 1.5 crore can file GSTR 1 quarterly. With regard to GSTR 3B, it can be filed only on a monthly basis. If you want to file GSTR 1 then you can get the data for outward supply from your books of accounts for three months on a consolidated basis. If you want to file GSTR 3B then you can get the data for outward supply from your books for just one month.
