your late fine should increase for not filling 3b from Oct..

you can file 3b without filing gstr 1
you can also file gstr 1 without filing 3b
there is both conditions applicable

trans 1 date not chance to exetend now ... this prob is rectify after portal upgradation ....

yes, in this situation you can filed only gstr 1 but not 3b..

They said portal will be open for particular GSTIN on the basis of complaint for 3b & tran 1 will be after govt notification, so wait till that..

You must complaint on GSTIN helpdesk by mail

mrignka maity ji which error you talking about that is only a warning msg everyone can see this msg when go to sett off balance .... avoid this and sett off your laibility then file

Madam Ji I think you forgot the subject of this discussion , pls remember it was the problem regarding can't filling the 3b before filling tran 1 , who only submitted tran 1.
