Gstr 3b not filling due to tran 1submitted but not filed

your late fine should increase for not filling 3b from Oct..

yes, in this situation you can filed only gstr 1 but not 3b..
mriganka .. still the 3b filing issue not resolved.. did u get any clarifications.
They said portal will be open for particular GSTIN on the basis of complaint for 3b & tran 1 will be after govt notification, so wait till that..
You must complaint on GSTIN helpdesk by mail

mrignka maity ji which error you talking about that is only a warning msg everyone can see this msg when go to sett off balance .... avoid this and sett off your laibility then file
Madam Ji I think you forgot the subject of this discussion , pls remember it was the problem regarding can't filling the 3b before filling tran 1 , who only submitted tran 1.
