GSTR 3B Nil filed but unknown data find

Nil Return Filed GSTR 3B for Aug 2018 on 20/09/2018 & downloaded the acknowledgement on same date & have proof.
Now we downloaded the latest credit liability / ITC credit claim due stmnts found out there is a T.O. & ITC mismatch.

It shows Tax T.O. Tax liability & ITC for Aug 2018 for which we have filed Nil return..

Now we again downloaded the Aug 2018 3B it shows the wrong T.O. Tax ITC...where we don't have any bills for the month...

Now for same month we have 2 PDF in 3B with different data
