iam filed my GSTR 3b on today 20 th September 2017
but in submitting my return the port shows a late filing fee of RS. 200. why it's come before filing return on due date

it is late fee for August pl pay as late fee and file today itself or you have to pay late fee for September next month
I have only pending was GSTR1 FOR THE month of July, for that late filing fee of 200 comes in September
