GSTR -3B late Fees

I will be filling GSTR -3B for the month on December 2019 whose due date was 20th Jan 2020. What will be the late fees . 

CGST Payable = 10,000

SGST Payable= 10,000

What will my late fees. Also do i have to pay any penalty + Interest .
