GTA IS TRANSPORTING GOODS, THE RECEIVER IS LIABLE TO PAY GST. THEN IN GSTR 3B WHERE TO SHOW IT. IN OUTWARD SUPPLY OR NIL RATED SUPPLY BY GTA.PLEASE REPLY. THE QUESTION IS WHERE TO SHOW BY GTA AS IT IS SERVICE PROVIDER.

It does not cover either in exempted supply or nil rate supply. You may file nil return.GSTR 3B is only for payment of gst liability not the final return.Final return are GSTR 1,2,3.In GSTR-1 giving invoice detail ,You will have to select reverse charge option.
