As per law you can claim such ITC upto 20th Oct, 2018 or date of filing of Annual return whichever is earlier. So you can obviously claim it in the next return. Just make sure you prepare a reconciliation statement for your own benefit.

Yes... You can claim the ITC in June-18.
The Invoices will be book in FY 2017-18 and the ITC will be C/f to FY 2018-19.
