DUE DATE FOR FILING FORM GSTR-3B without Late Fees for the month of MARCH 2020 by various categories of Taxpayers is as follows :

1). Taxpayers having Aggregate Turnover of "More than Rs. 5 Crore" during the Preceding FY :

DUE DATE ( But with INTEREST @ 9% p.a. ) = "24.06.2020."

DUE DATE ( WITHOUT INTEREST ) = "05.05.2020."

2). Taxpayers having Aggregate Turnover of "MORE THAN Rs. 1.5 Crore but upto Rs. 5 Crore" in the Preceding FY :

DUE DATE = 29.06.2020.

3). Taxpayers having Aggregate Turnover of "UPTO Rs. 1.5 crore" in the Preceding FY :

DUE DATE = 03.07.2020.

The notification of due date for the form GSTR 3B dedicated to the month of april 2020 to September 2020 has been done by the CBIC.

Due date extended for furnishing of FORM GSTR-3B as per the supply made related to the month of August, 2020 for taxpayers having annual turnover up to Rs. 5 crore. For all the latest notifications and circulars, visit CA Portal and have a detailed knowledge of news, articles and blogs on taxation
