DUE DATE FOR FILING FORM GSTR-3B without Late Fees for the month of MARCH 2020 by various categories of Taxpayers is as follows :

1). Taxpayers having Aggregate Turnover of "More than Rs. 5 Crore" during the Preceding FY :

DUE DATE ( But with INTEREST @ 9% p.a. ) = "24.06.2020."

DUE DATE ( WITHOUT INTEREST ) = "05.05.2020."

2). Taxpayers having Aggregate Turnover of "MORE THAN Rs. 1.5 Crore but upto Rs. 5 Crore" in the Preceding FY :

DUE DATE = 29.06.2020.

3). Taxpayers having Aggregate Turnover of "UPTO Rs. 1.5 crore" in the Preceding FY :

DUE DATE = 03.07.2020.

The notification of due date for the form GSTR 3B dedicated to the month of april 2020 to September 2020 has been done by the CBIC.
