GSTR 3B & PAYMENT
From 1st Oct 2017 dealer whose turnover is less than 1.5 crores he has to file GST return quarterly, but in that case whether he has to file GSTR 3B on quarterly basis or monthly along with payment?

GSTR 3B is monthly basis. Also the payment is based on GSTR 3B...
GSTR 1, 2 & 3 is Quarterly basis...
But,
No more Clarity for the Payment related...
