where to feed expenses from Un-Registered Dealer...??

is it important to submit the data which is below 2K, 200, 500 and many more data across the month..less than 5K,,,even few are registerd but no ITC like grocesrry for tea from big bazar.

inward from registerd has to be shown in table 4 under all other ITC, reverse the same in under ineligible ITC 17(5) , or under revrse ITC as the case may be. ,
