How show the debit note & Credit note in GSTR-3B.

You can not show separately. Your tax payable and input credit should be net of debit or credit note

Yes it should be netted off with output tax liability or input tax credit.

My opinion in GSTR-3B, Taxable value -credit note + debit note is correct. pl.your suggestion.

Credit Note :
If any Sales return or any other with GST tax then You can less the Credit note value in Your Outward Supplies tax value...

Debit Note :
If any Purchase return or any other with GST Tax then You can less the Debit note value in Your inward Supplies tax Value...
