By mistake instead of entering the values in ITC for the month of SEPTEMBER GSTR 3B

i have entered in REVERSE charge

due to which i m unable to deposit my final tax as i m unable to set off liabilities

kindly suggest what steps to take as it has been submitted but not filed

and unnecessary interests is adding

kindly guide me
