In gstr 2A conter party submit status display No .in this case ITC take or not please clarify

If  not  reflecting in GSTR2A  ,ask  supplier  to file  GSTR1  .

if the counter party submit status is showing NO , you not eligible to claim the input. You can communicate with vendor and instruct to file the return
