In the new rule or in the circular given by the department there is no cut off date mentioned.But from the example provided in the Circular itself it can understood as on the date of filing 3b. It may be even 20th of the Month.The balance ITC may claimed in succeeding months as shown in example in circular itself.

CAN YOU SUGGEST FOR THIS HOW TO GET THE SAME NAME WHICH CONTAINS FOREIGN WORDS FOR EG: EAST LONDON
