on GST portal,there is a tab as auto drafted details GSTR2A where we can see suppliers who have filed GST.
if some parties are not reflecting in this auto drafted summary, does it mean they have not paid GST or not filed GSTR1?
please advise.

Supplier who have not filed GSTR1 are not reflecting in GSTR2A . supplier who filed GSTR1 will be auto populated in GSTR2A for your veryfication only .

if other party has filed only GSTR3-B, but not filed GSTR-1, can we see those party details in auto drafted summary?

GSTR 3B is in lieu of GSTR3 as per rule 61 sub rule 5 of the CGST rules 2017

GSTR-2A is not showing the true picture till now. So dont rely on GSTR-2A. However inform the supplier whose data is not reflecting in GSTR-2A, there may be some who are not filing GSTR-1 properly.
