No official notification has been issued by the council yet and moreover, the GST portal displays the due date as 31st Oct. So, the due date for filing GSTR 2 hasn't been extended.

GSTR-2 filing date extended upto 30 Nov 2017 & GSTR-3 upto 11December...

But mam in the GST portal it is still showing 31st Oct?

NEW DELHI: In an effort to facilitate more businesses and taxpayers, the government on Monday extended the last date for filing the purchase return under the new Goods and Services Tax (GSTR-2) and GSTR-3 (matching of GSTR-1 and GSTR-2) for the month of July.
The Ministry of Finance in a notification said that the deadline for filing July's GSTR-2 has been extended to November 30. And, the last date for filing of GSTR-3 for the month of July has also been extended to December 11, it added. However, the GSTR-1 (sales return) for the same month was filed till October 10.
