Gstr 2 querry

 one of my supplier uploded his sale but had not filed his GSTR 1 on my GSTR 2 detail is showing but i can not accept tha invoice bcz the supplier has not filed his GSTR 1 now can i upload my purchase as MISSING invoice?

pls help
