As GSTR 2 has been suspended, how will we take input credit of purchase which has been done but invoices not uploaded by supplier?

Not possible to take ITC which is not reflected in GSTR2A.
Telll your supplier to file GSTR1 returns at the earliest.

Agree with Vinod Sir's explanation.

You tell your Supplier to upload your Invoice and file GSTR 1.

NOTE : 20.10.2018 is the last date to take all your ITC for FY 2017-18 ( July 2017 -March 2018 ).
