what are dates for filling of GSTR 2 for July 17 to Feb 18?

Any clarification please?

I haven't filled since July ? Will that create any legal non compliance under GST Act?

No... No need to worry about non filing of GSTR 2 return on July month...

GSTR 2 return is Extended / Suspended / Postponed from FY 17-18 to next FY / No need...
Also without any decisions. So, wait on further availability...
