sir, even though I submitted return with in due date penalty is appearing what is the reason behind it.
It might be the previous month penalty/fee pending.
In GST Cash Payments can't adjust any other heads. Only direct adjustments is available. Other head adjustments is not available...

IGST to IGST
CGST to CGST
SGST to SGST
RCM tax rate on labour charge ?

it is mentioned on Gst portal when you open gstr1A for July.
Okay I'll try to see the details. Bcoz, I'm not open till date for GSTR 1A...

Actual in Normal course also last date for gstr2 is 15th and gstr1A ias 17th
In GST PORTAL the due date for gJuly gstr1a is shown as 02/11/2017.
