i have applied for gst cancelation, as per notice i have to file gstr10, but after gst cancelation my id pasword is disabled, so how can i file gstr10 online

Read notification properly there mentioned the; mode & manner of filing it.

Dear Mam, i have read notification no 21/2018, in this details to be filled in form gstr10 is given but where and mode to file it not given. Can you please help weather it need to be fill offline or online?? and (adress) where to fill it???

You can file it at the time of submitting application for cancellation of registartion

Yes there all details as given in GSTR-10 is covered....
