GSTR 1 Date Extended or not and what is this last date of filling GSTR 1 ( Qtr. and Monthly) and if any person not submitted it so what is the plenty

FOR MONTHLY GSTR 1 FEB >> DUE DATE IS 10-04-2018
FOR QUARTERLY GSTR 1 (JAN-MARCH) >> DUE DATE IS 30-04-2018.
PENALTY FOR GSTR 1 ::
- IF RETURN IS NIL >> RS 40 PER DAY (20 FOR CGST AND 20 FOR SGST)
- IF RETURN IS NOT NIL >> RS 50 PER DAY (25 FOR CGST AND 25 FOR SGST)
