GSTR 1 Return

If we opted for quarterly return, we have to file GSTR 3 B monthly and GSTR 1 quarterly. For the second qtr I.e till september, we have already filed GSTR 1 for july. Now we have to file only Aug. & Sept. or all 3 months. please guide me.
