we were unable to fill GSTR-1 of July before due date of 10th Oct 2017,
so how to file GSTR-1 for the month of July 2017

Have you tried to file the GSTR-1 today ??
you will be filled in Nov.17
Its shows an error
GSTR-1 July 2017 able to upload, but NOT able to submit & File return EVC, we can file from 1st November 2017, or wait for another govt notification/23Rd GST council meeting.
