Gstr 1 november filing - error message

I have submitted the GSTR1 pertaining the month of November but could not file the same and getting the following message.

Error! Summary for Filing is not Generated or is not available at this time. Please try again later

I am trying to this from yesterday morning to now still not working. what is the problem?. The deadline also is over by yesterday.

yes due date is over ... portal not work since last morning
late fee 200 per day (100 cgst + 100sgst )

in my opinion again try and try to file in every 5 min sure file option open after try and try
last day 10 jan i tried the same then i file 11 gstr 1

@ Mondira.. 200 per day penalty when to pay and in which return... 50 Rs per day is not applicable?? GST PORTAL is not able to accept even nil return last 2 days and they charge late fee and date not extended... Don't know when GSTIN SITE problem solved

divakar ji actually circluar for late fee reduction mentioned only for 3b there is no prescribe that this circular applicable in all returns।

but how and where to pay late fee for gstr 1 dont know any one

cause i file today gstr 1 for aug and nov monthly and after it also file dec 3b no late fee applicable there
then i tried to file jan 3b also no late fee applicable there
so this is confusion how and where to pay gstr 1 late fee

dont know . . .

but as my opinion , either may be reflected in GSTR 3B next month or GSTR 3 (Final Return)

Hi Mondira,

See you have already tried all the way for getting late fee of GSTR1.Right

As per my view,

1.I thing late fee will be gererated after file of GSTR3 otherwise Once GST officer will come for audit at the time they will be calculated penalty of late fillig returns.
