Dear any one, pl. advise me. how to file gstr 1 nil retrun? Submit option is disabled, so I can't file.

Dear Mr. Shasank, Thanks your reply. my supplier already filed gstr 1, that amount showing in our portall(GSTR 2)!!! As per your information, how is possible?
