Mr. A from Gujarat sold some NIL rated items and taxable items in single invoice to Registered dealer in Gujarat, Details of such invoice is uploaded in B2B invoices, till Mr. A required to fill details of such transaction in Table 8 of GSTR 1?

Yes , If Mr A has already provided nil rated detail in B2B then no need to give further in table 8,
But for nil rated sale bill detail should be given in table 8 , because in B2b nil rated or exempted goods can be enter only by selecting tax rate zero therein which wrong,.
