While submitting GSTR-1, it is showing that the invoices are under process. In B2C(others) one entry remained under process since 1st Sep. While all other details have been completed now, but this is still un-processed? Please advise.

Very poor service from Govt.
I am also facing same problem since last 3 days ...talked to GST helpdesk 0120-4888999. Replied that this is a common techincal issue. They are taking up to resolve this problem. And advised me to check after every 3 - 4 hours.
No solution even today morning. Invoices still showing under process.
STill the error persists. Emailed to helpdesk yesterday, but no reply. Called them but busy. Any member please advise the solution.

TRY TO OPEN THE INVOICE AND SEE THE ERROR
SO AS TO CORRECT IT
I MEAN ERROR LIKE DATE MAY BE
OR THE SAME INVOICE NUMBER
