The due date is 10th March 2018. You can submit GSTR 1 until this 10 th march .

But when we open GSTR1 to file for January month from dashboard..it is showing due date as 30/04/2018. Did anyone observe that? Is that correct? Anyone please check it once.

Hi Avinash,

1. The registered persons having aggregate turnover of up to 1.5 crore rupees in the preceding financial year or the current financial year ( For Quarterly filing )

Sl No.	Quarter for which FORM GSTR-1 are furnished	Due date
1	January - March, 2018	30th April, 2018

2. The Registered persons having aggregate turnover of more than 1.5 crore rupees in the preceding financial year or the current financial year ( For Monthly filing )

Sl No.	Months for which FORM GSTR-1 are furnished	Due date
1	January, 2018	10th March, 2018

This is more clear. I hope Mr Avinash will be satisfied with the reply. Request to all please note down the due dates in a dairy and always check for updates periodically to avoid last minute tensions.
