GSTR-1 due date for August month

GSTR 1 2 and 3 returns for the month of August not yet to be finalized....
So, Wait on further notification...

In my view it's after October...

On return dashboard it's shown as 05/10. But, it's not updated in dashboard...

They are just confusing taxpayers. Under returns, it shows 5th Oct and on the homepage it shows TBU.... Poor implementation

As the last date for GSTR 3 for the month of July, happens to be 10th November, the filing dates of August would be later than this.

The date of August month GSTR 1 2 and 3 returns date not yet to be finalized... Also it's not updated in return dashboard.. You are any doubts please see the dates in GST portal Home page window's Right side bottom corner. It's shown as TBU...


In my view,
The July GSTR 1 2 and 3 dates ended on Nov-10th...
So, The August return dates available after 10th November... Bcoz, then only our July ITC / other C/f to August returns...

As per GST helpline GSTR1 for Aug will start after 10th NOV. dates will be notified soon.
