Respected Sir, I have mistakenly filled amount in GSTR 1 Column 12 HSN -Wise Summary.May I file revised GSTR1 Return or not.

no there is no option to revise GST return in law
I don't think that you can ammend the table 12. & there is no option in GST to revise return
