Gstr 1 & rcm

Hello sir, 

1. In GSTR 1  where we show below 5000 exp & non GST exp ? (Like Electricty bill , Food Exp , Salary , Petrol ect)

2.  I have paid RCM on transport & freight where i show ? In GSTR 1 or GSTR 2 ?

3. For transport RCM can i make combind invoice or indivual invoice for each entry ?
