What is the last date to make amendment of invoice or credit note for period 01/07/2017 to 31/03/2018 in GSTR-1.

The due date of September GSTR 1 Return I. e. 20 th October, 2018 or
the date of furnishing of annual return for F. Y. 2017-18,
whichever is earlier

Sir,

The Due date of September GSTR-1 is 31/10/2018 & GSTR-3B is 20/10/2018.

Then what is last date to make amendment in GSTR-1 for period 01.07.2018 to 31.03.2018?

The due date of the return is the due date of furnishing of return under section 39 and that is for GSTR 3 B . So the date we have to consider is 20 th of October, 2018 as the due date of annual return falls in last of December 2018
