if purchases are worth Rs.52000 from a registered supplier and sale is nil.. Then what to do... ??

File nil GSTR1 and purchase ITC claim in GST3B return then if next month outward supply then utilized this credit

As there is no outward supplies, you can file nil returns for GSTR1 returns.

input will C/f by filing GSTR 3b, & GSTR1 will be file nil
