GSTP FILE ALL RETURN ON BEHALF IF THE FIRM, COMPANY, INDIVIDUAL ETC. BUT first firm, company, individual etc declaration in online gst portal that the GSTP name is authorise to file

Non GSTP can file GST RETURN on behalf of individual.Any more restrictions or return filing is reserved only GSTP
