i am working as an accountant for past 7 years... but am not an accounts student... i completed my BCA degree only..

am eligible for GSTP ? if not what can i do for became a GSTP? waiting for the answers..

Should possess degree in equivalent course from Indian / foreign University.
in ur case u r not eligible

As per Rule 83 of CGST , No you cannot .

As it's for Graduate or Postgraduate in commerce.
